The Noonan Syndrome Conference is held biannually in alternating cities around the USA. Families and individuals travel to the conference to hear the latest medical information from our panel of experts, participate in activities, and leave the conference with new lifelong friends. Connecting with others who understand can be life-altering! We hope you can join us in the Summer of 2026 in Austin, TX.
Our family conference is more than a meeting—it’s a time to come together, learn, and feel encouraged. Families can attend educational sessions led by world-class experts and gain tools to become strong advocates. Most of all, the conference is about connection—sharing stories, finding joy, and building a community that lasts long after the event.
We welcome families, caregivers, individuals, and professionals—anyone interested in learning more about Noonan syndrome is invited to attend.
We plan to come together every other year. In between NSF Family Conference years, the RASopathies Network hosts a Scientific Symposium so our community can stay connected and up to date on the newest research and developments.
Join us for the 2026 NSF Conference, happening July 29th–August 1st, 2026 at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas (right outside of Austin).
The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). From there, the resort is about a 30-minute drive by rideshare or rental car. Parking at Kalahari Resort is free for all guests.
To book your room at the Kalahari Resort, please use one of the following methods
to secure our group rate:
Online: Book your reservation here.
Phone: Call (877) 525-2427 and mention the Noonan Syndrome Family Conference to receive the negotiated rate.
The group rate is $175 per night, covering up to four guests. Additional guests may be accommodated, but will be charged an additional daily fee.
Transportation is not included as part of the conference. For select activities, we may offer group transportation, and we’ll share details as plans are finalized. With restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor waterparks, and an activity center on-site, we hope you won’t need to leave the resort during your stay.
There is a registration fee to help cover meals, activities, and the cost of bringing in leading experts: $200 per adult and $100 per child. NSF’s fundraising committee has worked hard to keep fees as low as possible, and fundraising helps subsidize approximately half of the cost per attendee. Children UNDER age 5 attend free.
With your registration, you’ll enjoy a Welcome Social on Wednesday evening with a light dinner and dessert, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and our finale banquet complete with dinner, dessert, and a silent auction.
Please register here.
Early bird pricing will remain available through the close of registration. Thanks to the incredible success of our first annual Dr. J. Noonan Legacy 5K, we are excited to offer early bird rates for the full registration period.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to attend. To help make this possible, we are offering a limited number of scholarships for individuals and families who may need financial assistance. We encourage you to apply. Applications open February 1, 2026, are due by March 1, 2026, and applicants will be notified by March 31, 2026.
While we’re still finalizing the details of the schedule, here is a basic outline of our
schedule. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
The NSF Board has chosen presenters from across the country and around the world who are experts in the field. We strive to cover all aspects of Noonan syndrome that affect our families, including cardiology, gastroenterology, genetics, endocrinology, neuropsychology, and others.
We are hoping to offer additional sessions that may include topics such as IEPs/504 plans, advocacy, self-care, and sibling support.
Although our conference schedule is packed, most attendees find time to meet in the lobby, restaurants, lounges or other resort amenities after the conference meetings. We also have a free family day planned for Saturday to be able to sit back and enjoy the resort and your new friends.
Childcare is available for $50 per day, with activities designed for children 5-12 years old. Children must be registered for the conference in order to attend childcare. Space is limited, so please register using the link provided.
We kindly ask that infants and children not be brought into the general or pathway sessions. To help all attendees get the most out of the conference, we aim to keep sessions focused and uninterrupted. We understand this can be challenging, and encourage families to take turns with a spouse or another trusted person so everyone can participate fully. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making this a productive and meaningful experience for all.
Unfortunately, meals are available only to registered conference guests. However, a limited number of additional tickets for the Finale Banquet Dinner can be purchased using the link provided.
There is no formal dress code for this event. We recommend casual or business casual attire for meetings and daytime sessions. For the finale dinner, guests typically opt for dressy casual to semi-formal attire. Finally, don't forget your swimsuit—access to the largest indoor waterpark is included with your stay!
Some or all meals will be provided with registration. These include a light dinner and dessert on Wednesday night, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and dinner on Friday. Please note that no meals will be provided on Saturday.
No worries, just email Tammy@teamnoonan.org with any allergy needs. While we are unable to provide Kosher meals, we can accommodate most other allergies.
Not at all! We love when everyone joins in, but it’s completely okay to take breaks and go at your own pace. We understand that everyone’s energy looks a little different, and that’s perfectly fine.
